14 Wildcats sign their letters of commitment to study & compete at the collegiate level

Congratulations to the 14 Wildcats who signed their National Letters of Intent to become student-athletes at the NCAA level!

Join us in applauding the efforts, outcomes, and bright futures of these Warwick Valley High School students. We could not be prouder of them for their accomplishments on the field, in the classroom, and in their community.

Madelyn McSweeney, Lacrosse
Madelyn signed her NLC to Susquehanna University, where she plans to study Elementary Education. She has been a 2-year varsity defender and team captain for the Wildcats.

Aaron Callender, Football/Track
Aaron signed his NLC to Western Connecticut State, where he plans to study Computer Science. He has been a 3-year varsity football captain and was named an All-Division player. 

Samara Beauregard, Soccer
Samara signed her NLC to Cortland State, where she plans to study Sports Management and Pre-Law. She has been a 4-year varsity player, team captain, and competed on the Wildcats NYS Final Four team. 

Reese Girardi, Basketball
Reese signed her NLC to Brockport State, where she plans to study Psychology. She has been a 4-year varsity player, a 2-year captain, and a double-digit scorer from the guard position.   

Logan Conley, Track & Field
Logan signed his NLC to Manhattan University, where he plans on studying Civil Engineering. While at Warwick Valley he has been a two-time All-American in the 4x400 and 4X200.

Madison Jakubek, Soccer
Madison signed her NLC to Clarkson University, where she plans to study Biology leading to further study in Physical Therapy. She has been a 3-year varsity player and captain for two of those years. Competed on the Wildcats NYS Final Four team.

Klaus Lindenau, Track & Field
Klaus signed his NLC to George Mason, where he plans to study AI Engineering. As an elite high school pole vaulter, Klaus cleared 15' 6", placing second in the state.

Tommy Ronan, Lacrosse
Tommy signed his NLC to Clarkson University, where he plans to study Global Supply Chain Management. He has been a multi-sport Wildcat and, most notably, a 3-year varsity lacrosse standout on defense. 

Dylan Gjertsen, Soccer
Dylan signed his NLC to Hartwick College, where he plans to study Biology. The 4-year varsity goalie has collected the second most career shut-outs in Warwick Valley athletics history.

Joseph Cerulli, Soccer
Joseph signed his NLC to Manhattanville University, where he plans to study Nursing. He has been a 3-year varsity player on defense, as well as a team captain.

Tommy Knox, Lacrosse
Tommy signed his NLC to Post University, where he plans to major in Business. He has been a 3-year varsity midfielder in lacrosse.

Laci Annunziato, Lacrosse
Laci signed her NLC to Alfred State, where she plans to study Construction Management. Laci is a 4-year varsity lacrosse goalie with 150 career saves for the Wildcats.

Matt Slaybaugh, Soccer
Matt signed his NLC to Stevens Institute of Technology, where he plans to study Finance.

Genevieve Boyle, Volleyball
Genevieve signed her NLC to SUNY New Paltz. She has been a 3-year varsity player and served as team captain this year. Genevieve is a second team All-State Player and Section 9 MVP.
